ROOFTOP-GROWN HERBS & PRODUCE

The culinary mission of The Village manifests itself in the rooftop garden, where Chief Food Curator Mike Geller brings the farm-to-table experience to life through herbs and produce for use by the The Wheel's chefs and mixologists. The garden also serves as a space for agricultural education for children in the community through partnerships with Waterside School and other institutions.
